The JBIZ Expo, the annual flagship business expo of the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce, takes place on Wednesday, March 31, 2027 at Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It runs together with the Chamber's C-Level Economic Forum, so the room fills with business owners, executives, government leaders and professionals looking to make connections in one day.
The Chamber describes the expo as a place for C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, government leaders and professionals. Alongside the exhibits there are keynotes, panels, workshops and speed networking. That means visitors come to meet people, not just to collect brochures. Your booth should make it easy to start a conversation and keep it going.
Exhibitor registration is handled by the Chamber at jbizexpo.com. Once you have your space, that is when we get to work.
Most big trade shows run three or four days. The JBIZ Expo is one day, which changes how you should think about the booth.
Fast setup matters more than anything. You may have a few hours the night before or the morning of the show. A modular or portable booth that goes up quickly beats a heavy custom build that needs a full crew and a full day.
Every hour counts. With one day, you cannot fix a missing graphic tomorrow. Do a full test setup before the show so you know every piece is there.
Get the most out of the day. Book meetings in advance, bring enough staff to cover breaks and the forum sessions, and have a simple way to collect contact details at the booth.
Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center is a hotel conference center, not a big convention hall. Hotel venues have their own rules, so plan for them early:
Check the size limits. Freight elevators, doorways and ceiling heights decide how big each piece of your booth can be. Large rigid panels that work in a convention hall may not fit through the door.
Ask about deliveries. Hotels usually set strict times for deliveries and loading dock use, and some will not hold freight for long before the event.
Plan power and lighting. Ballroom lighting is often dim and warm. Built-in lights or a backlit graphic make your booth stand out from the room. See why lighting decides whether anyone stops.
For most exhibitors at a business expo like this, a clean, professional setup does more than a giant structure. A printed back wall, a branded counter, a screen for a short video and a couple of banner stands cover most needs. Browse our displays and full exhibits or 10x10 booths for ideas. If it is your first show, start with our first-time exhibitor guide.
Put one clear line on the back wall that says what you do and who you do it for. People at a networking event decide in a few seconds whether to stop. A name, a short promise and a phone number or website is enough.
We are based in Haverstraw, New York, under three hours from Atlantic City. That means we can build the booth in our shop, drive it down, set it up ourselves and take it home after the show. No long-distance freight, no waiting on a carrier, and someone on our team you can call if anything changes.
The expo is about 22 weeks away, which is plenty of time if you start now. Aim to have the design approved by mid January, graphics printed by the end of February, and a full test setup in our shop in mid March. Leave a little room before the show for last-minute changes to your message or offer.
