World of Concrete 2027 Booth Guide: Exhibiting at the Las Vegas Convention Center

World of Concrete 2027 runs January 19 to 21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with education sessions starting on January 18. It is the show for the concrete and masonry industry, and the people walking the aisles build things for a living. That should shape every part of your booth.

Who walks the floor

World of Concrete is built for concrete and masonry professionals: contractors, foremen, project managers, engineers and the owners who make the buying decisions. Many of them come straight from job sites. They know equipment and materials better than most salespeople, and they can tell in seconds whether a product is real or just a nice picture.

Exhibit information, floor plans and pricing come straight from the show at worldofconcrete.com. Once you have your space, that is when we get to work.

Design a booth for people who work with their hands

Contractors want to see it, touch it and ask hard questions. The booths that do well at World of Concrete feel more like a working yard than a showroom.

Put the product front and center. If you sell equipment or materials, bring it and give it room. A machine, a cut sample or a finished slab at the edge of the aisle stops more people than any graphic.

Plan for weight and size. Heavy equipment changes everything: floor load, delivery windows, forklifts and how the booth is built around it. Tell us early so the structure, graphics and lighting are designed around the machine, not squeezed in after.

Make it a demo. A short, repeatable demonstration draws a crowd. Plan power, a safe working area and a clear view from the aisle.

Keep the message short. One clear line on the back wall that says what you do and who it is for. A busy visitor should get it from ten feet away. Our lighting guide explains how to make that wall readable.

Indoor or outdoor space

World of Concrete has both indoor and outdoor exhibits. Outdoor space is great for large equipment and live demos, but it is a different job: wind, sun, uneven ground and January weather in the desert. Graphics need to be weighted and tied down, and anything electrical needs to be planned for outdoor use. Indoors you get more control over lighting and finish, and the usual convention center rules on hanging signs and height limits.

If you are also doing CES

CES closes on January 9. World of Concrete opens on January 19. Same city, same convention center, about ten days apart. That makes it one of the easiest back-to-back plans in the industry.

Store it in Las Vegas. Instead of shipping the booth home after CES, it can be stored locally and brought back for World of Concrete. That saves a round trip of freight.

Swap the graphics. Fabric graphics and printed panels can be changed so the same structure speaks to a construction audience instead of a tech audience.

Resize if you need to. A modular booth can be set up smaller or larger for the second show. If you are still planning your CES booth, read our CES 2027 booth guide and ask us to design it to do both.

Exhibiting in Las Vegas

The Las Vegas Convention Center runs on strict schedules and venue rules. Freight is usually assigned delivery windows, and the venue decides who handles your booth on the floor. You will find more on our Las Vegas Convention Center page and our Las Vegas page.

Three habits keep the costs and surprises small:

Ship early. The advance warehouse takes the stress out of tight delivery windows.

Know the labor rules. Who can touch your booth, and who has to, is decided by the venue. Start with union labor basics.

Budget the whole bill. Drayage, electrical and rigging are billed on top of the build, and heavy equipment adds to it. See drayage explained and what a booth really costs.

A short timeline from here

The show is about 12 weeks away. Work back from there: design and graphics approved by mid November, fabrication through mid December, pre-build and crating before the holidays, and freight moving in early January. If heavy equipment is part of the booth, lock in its delivery first. Your exhibitor manual sets the exact deadlines, so read it first.
